Jersey City Ballet at the Barrow Mansion August 9
The Barrow Mansion will welcome members of the Jersey City Ballet on August 9th, 2025, at 6pm.
In this free performance, Jersey City Ballet will present variations from the famous ballets “Paquita” and “Don Quixote.” In ballet, a variation, also known as a “pas seul” (meaning “dance alone”), refers to a solo performance within a larger ballet. These excerpts will be performed by our professional company and staged by Jersey City Ballet’s Ballet Master, Simon Kazantsev, a former member of the Bolshoi Ballet and a graduate of Bolshoi University.
This event is free and appropriate for all ages. Doors will open at 5:30pm and the show will begin at 6pm.
